He got up and suddenly felt a fiery sensation of pain course through his chest in a pulsing pattern. Many questions raced through his head all at once. Where am I? he thought to himself. runic wings book 1 prolougeEvergale is a world resembling Earth. It has no electricity or fuel, but is instead powered by magic. This magic is infused in marked stones which gives them specific commands. These magic stones are called Runes. Unlike our world, Evergale is godless. It is ruled by its own chaos. This chaotic, and enchanted world will soon find that it has committed many treacherous sins. A council stood before the world trembling in fear as they contemplatied what to do. It was war torn, partially in ruin, and did not deserve to live. However, an unexpected hero will decide against their judgement.
